Candace has been making people beautiful since 2010. For the first four and a half years of her career, she was located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. There, Candace performed services behind the chair and also did hair and makeup for fashion shows, the NBA Thunder cheerleaders, photo shoots, magazine spreads, modeling agencies and weddings. Candace also served as a creative manager for a salon and blow dry bar where she taught continuing education for stylists from across the state. 

The next year of Candace's journey took place in Houston, Texas, where she performed services behind the chair and travelled for weddings and other events before moving back to Mississippi where she became a suite owner for 8 years. Candace became a Wella Brand Portfolio Educator and traveled to various locations, enabling other stylists to further their education.

Candace is now located in Tomball Texas where she works behind the chair - creating chic cuts, trendy color, tape-in and beaded weft extensions, updos/specialty styles, as well as applying makeup. Furthermore, she specializes in grey coverage, grey blending and lived in color. Candace continues to further her technique by attending different seminars and classes throughout the year. She has also become a certified Master Color Expert with Wella at the Wella Studios in New York City and Calabasas, California. Candace loves to make people feel confident and beautiful and also has a passion for educating her clientele, as well as her fellow teammates. 

Candace is also the proud owner of LIVD Hair Studio, where she trains and educates her team of stylists. At LIVD, the focus is on creating a relaxed environment with highly educated beauty artists, ensuring clients feel confident and receive the best possible service. Candaces passion for education extends to both her clients and her fellow teammates, driving her mission to blend creativity with expertise.

Karen has been making people feel beautiful and confident behind the chair since 2016. A licensed cosmetologist with nine years of experience, she began her journey at Paul Mitchell The School in North Carolina, where her passion for creative color and transformation first took root.

Over the years, Karen has worked with a wide variety of professional color lines, giving her the ability to customize every formula to match her clients’ hair goals and lifestyle. She specializes in dimensional blonding, bold fashion shades, and lived-in color—and she loves bringing each client’s vision to life with a blend of creativity and care.

Karen is currently based at LIVD in Tomball, Texas, where she creates beautiful, personalized looks in a welcoming and upbeat environment. She continues to grow in her craft by staying on top of new trends and techniques through ongoing education.

Stephanie is a passionate and dedicated cosmetologist who believes in the power of beauty to uplift and empower others.

A 2024 graduate of CHI College of Cosmetology, she has been training and assisting at LIVD Hair Studio under Candace since August 2024, refining her skills and mastering advanced techniques.

Specializing in special event hair and makeup, as well as customized hair services, Stephanie is committed to enhancing each client’s natural beauty. Her goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident, radiant, and their absolute best.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Genesis is a bilingual licensed cosmetologist and graduate of Le Chic Beauty Academy. She specializes in Gel-X nails, builder gel, and rubber base manicures, as well as facials, makeup, and hairstyling for any and all events.

With over two years of nail experience, Aesthetics and a lifelong passion for beauty, Genesis takes pride in helping every client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. Known as a true jack of all trades, she brings creativity, precision, and warmth to every service.
